About
Who is The Cat Herder?
I’m a technology guru living in the middle of nowhere, about as far away from all the cool technology being invented every day as it’s possible to get without getting on a plane or boat. When pressed about my age, I simply state that I’m old enough to know better, but young enough not to give a damn.
What does he do?
By day I fix computers and solve deep and interesting issues relating to technology and the practice of law, and by night I herd cats. Or do I herd computers and fix cats? It’s kind of difficult to tell at times. Also I mow the grass. Lots of mowing, actually. Some people go to the gym and work out; I mow the grass.
What’s the score on cats?
At last count I have, uh… 20 cats. Get it? Score… 20… Some are indoor, the rest are outdoor borderline-feral fur balls that do a great job at keeping the vermin under control on my farm.
The obligatory disclaimer…
The opinions expressed in this blog are mine and mine alone; the First Amendment is a good thing, and I like to exercise it regularly. I speak for myself, not for my wife, cats, family, community and certainly not my employers. I am not a lawyer, even though I hang around the water cooler with them. I am also not a doctor, dentist, physician of any kind, teacher, law enforcement professional, or a gambling man. I am what I am, and that’s more than enough for me.
